Sleep is a core part of performance. During sleep, the body recovers, regulates stress,
and restores energy for the next training session.
Mouth taping encourages nasal breathing, which for many people reduces snoring,
dry mouth, and night awakenings.
The result is deeper, more restorative sleep and better recovery — helping you wake up
feeling fresher and more ready to perform.
The tapes are hypoallergenic and designed for facial skin. They are not intended for children.
Use is not recommended for individuals with untreated sleep apnea, severe nasal congestion,
or nausea.
If you have a medical condition or concerns, consult a healthcare professional before use.
Clean and thoroughly dry the area around your lips. Relax your jaw and gently close your mouth.
Apply the tape over the lips — either horizontally or vertically in the center, depending on comfort.
In the morning, remove it slowly by gently peeling from one side.
The adhesive is gentle and hypoallergenic and generally should not leave marks.
If you have sensitive skin, perform a small patch test first, remove the tape slowly,
and apply a light layer of lip balm or moisturizer after removal if needed.
